How do I become a member?
Set up/activation is all done online through the registration form or by calling the shop at 763-633-7222. Following your completed online registration, you will receive a welcome letter to your designated email account. Your membership will be active at that time.
How much does it cost?
It's FREE! All members are entitled to the Andrews Auto Club Card, Club Benefits, Discounts, Events, etc.
What if I don't own a Saab or Subaru?
Since Andrews, Inc. services cars of all brands in both the Service and Body Departments, you can be an Andrews Auto Club member regardless the brand of car you own and drive.
Does my membership apply to each car I own or to my overall account?
The membership is about your account not each vehicle you own and operate. All Auto Club benefits earned can be applied to any vehicle (passenger car, SUV or light truck) you own, regardless of how many or what brand they are.
When does my membership expire?
Your membership remains active unless it has no activity for a period of one year, at which time it would be closed and any accumulated cash value on your Club Card would be forfeited. If circumstances prevent a member from activity within a year, the member may be eligible for a suspended membership. Please contact Andrews, Inc. for further details.
Can my benefits be transferred to another person?
Yes, they can be transferred to an immediate family member (Spouse, father, mother or children) living at the same address.
How do I accumulate value on my Andrews Auto Club Card?
Any purchase you make at Andrews Inc. of Princeton including Parts, Service and Body Shop repair orders automatically add 3% cash value onto your Auto Club Card. There will also be various promotions that could also add value to your Auto Club Card as you participate in them.
How can I tell what value has accumulated on my Auto Club Card?
By going to the Andrews Auto Club website (www.andrewsautoclub.com), logging in, and then clicking on "My AAC" or Andrews Auto Club button, you can access card balances, account history, etc.
How will I be notified about Club happenings?
All communication will be done through email and announcements on the website. In light of this, please update any email address changes with us so you will not miss out on any of your Club benefits.
Can I have more than one Club membership in my family?
Yes, if you wish, you can have more than 1 membership per family with benefits accruing to that person through their purchases at Andrews.
Do any of my Club benefits accrue cash value?
No. Any Auto Club Card value that accumulates on the account is good only for use as outlined in the program rules and regulations and does not constitute redeemable cash value.
What if I don't have my Club Card when I visit the store?
We will be able to look up your valid membership and can still give you any member benefits you might have coming on that visit.
How do I redeem my Club Card value?
When you make arrangements to pay your Parts, Service, or Body Shop repair order, mention to the person helping you that you are an Andrews Auto Club member and they will help you apply accumulated value from your card onto your bill as a credit to that repair order.
What ways can I use my Club Card value?
- Use your accumulated value as cash off your next parts, service or body shop repair invoice. (Maximum 10% of total bill, excluding sales tax)
- Allow your rebate cash to accumulate value on your card that can be used as a down payment on a future pre-owned vehicle purchase at Andrews, Inc. (Maximum 10% of vehicle purchase price.)
- Pre-pay the card and use it for future services up to the amount pre-paid onto the card.
- Purchase as a gift card and use it for future services up to the amount purchased on the card.
- Andrews Auto Club Card/Auto Club Membership may be given to pre-owned vehicle purchasers with a pre-paid amount to be used up to face value for warranty repairs or first service visit repair order.
- Periodic budget payments could be made onto the card and then used for parts/service/body repair invoices as needed up to the amount pre-paid onto the card.
