Loyalty Rewards Rules and Regulations

Andrews Inc. of Princeton retains the right to terminate the Andrews Auto Club Value Accumulation Program at any time.

Andrews Inc. of Princeton retains the right to change the Andrews Auto Club Value Accumulation Program rules, regulations, benefits or value at any time with or without notice.

Value added to the Andrews Auto Club Card has no expiration date unless the account reverts to an inactive status. Andrews Inc. of Princeton retains the right to change the value expiration at any time with or without notice. Any account that does not have activity within a 12 month period will be considered inactive and subject to termination and forfeiture of any accumulated value.

Value may be added or subtracted from the Andrews Auto Club exclusively through the purchase of services at Andrews Inc. of Princeton, 3558 Brickton Rd., Princeton, MN 55371

Any activity, determined by Andrews Inc. of Princeton, to constitute fraudulent or in-appropriate use of Andrews Auto Club Card could result in the cancellation of the account and forfeiture of any accumulated value at the sole discretion of Andrews Inc. of Princeton.

Andrews Auto Club Card accumulated value may be transferred to an immediate family member (spouse, mother, father, or children) residing at the same address. Any transfer of value will be verified with the account holder by phone or in person before the transfer is allowed. Andrews Inc. of Princeton retains the right to solely judge any eligibility questions.

Participation in the Andrews Auto Club Card Value Accumulation Program is limited to individuals residing in the United States and Canada, unless participation in a rewards program is locally prohibited. Andrews Inc. of Princeton assumes no liability regarding local limitations and it is up to the participant to determine eligibility.

Andrews Auto Club Card accumulated values are awarded from the point of Andrews Auto Club enrollment and are not retroactive unless connected to a special promotion of Andrews Inc. of Princeton.

Andrews Inc. of Princeton assumes no liability for changes or limitations of the Andrews Auto Club Card Value Accumulation Program. Members must confirm details when redeeming value.
Andrews Auto Club Cards accumulate no redeemable cash value other than as stated above.
